General Restaurant Equipment is an industry leader of manufacturing walk-in cooler freezer combos, commercial walk-in refrigerators, walk-in freezers, and industrial cold storage applications since 1982.  We custom design, engineer, and manufacture everything to our customers’ exact dimensions allowing the efficient use of available space.

All of our doors and panels meet the new energy standards required by the Department of Energy that include minimum R-values(insulation values).   Our cam-lock design and fasteners make for an easy and fast assembly once the panels arrive onsite.  Our panels consist of a wood frame, two-component rigid polyurethane foam, and either 24 or 26 gauge galvanized or polished stainless steel skin.

Each walk-in cooler/freezer is customizable with various options for glass doors, windows, panel sizes, accessories, and refrigeration units from multiple manufacturers to best meet your needs with the proper equipment.
